Mango Ice cream
Ingredients
- Mango pulp - 1 cup
- Whipped cream - 1 cup
- Milk-2 cups
- Milk Powder-2 tbsp
- Sugar - half cup or more as required as per your mangoes' sweetness
- Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon (optional)
Method
1. Combine the mango pulp and the sugar in a mixer and blend till smooth.
2. Now add remaining ingredients in it and mix very well.
3. Pour the mixture into air tight container and freeze till semi-set.
4. Pour this mixture again into a mixer and blend till smooth,this will break all the ice crystals that formed
5. Transfer the mixture back into the same container and again freeze it till semi set.
6. Now one more time pour this mixture into a mixer and blend till smooth.
7. Put this mixture in the container and freeze for approx 8 hours or till set.
8.scoop out into a bowl and serve.

8.scoop out into a bowl and serve.
