For Low Blood Pressure :-
1. Soak 25-30 raisins in a bowl of water over night.Chew them properly first thing in the morning & drink the water also.This shows immediate & long lasting results.Do the above for atleast a month.
2. Soak few almonds in water over night.Grind them to make a smooth paste.Add in a glass of milk & boil.Drink warm.
3. Crush few basil (tulsi) leaves & take its juice,mix it with 1 tsp honey.Have it first thing in the morning.
4. Intake a little more salt in your meals.This is the most common home remedy for low blood pressure.You can also add a pinch or 2 of salt in your water bottle.
5. Whenever you feel loose or dizzy take 2 tsp of honey in a cup of water with 2 pinches of salt.It is an instant home remedy for low blood pressure.
6. Another very effective & most commonly used home remedy for low blood pressure is beetroot.Drink a cup of raw beetroot juice twice a day.
7. Pomegranate juice is also very helpful in controlling low blood pressure naturally.You can also eat raw pomegranate daily.
8. For instant relief in low blood pressure drink dark coffee.
9. Drinking carrot juice daily is also an effective home remedy for low blood pressure.
10. Another yummy home remedy for low blood pressure is eating dark chocolate.
For High Blood Pressure :-
1. Regular consumption of lemon juice squeezed into water without salt or sugar will serve to control blood pressure.
2. Similar to lemon juice grapes also serve to reduce blood pressure.
3. Powder 100 gms melon seeds & 100 gms poppy seeds (khus khus).Mix & store them in a clean container.Consume 1 tsp with water every morning & evening.
4. Reduce your sodium or salt intake.
5. Limit alcohol & quit smoking.
6. Regular exercise can help lower your blood pressure & keep your weight under control.
7. A clove of garlic is highly recommended for high blood pressure.Chew 1 clove of garlic first thing every morning & wash it down with water.
8. Mix 1 tsp honey with 1 tsp ginger juice & 1/2 tsp cumin powder.Have twice a day.
9. Make a juice of few coriander leaves with a cup of water & take this as first thing in the morning.Lime juice can also be added for taste.
10. In the same manner fenugreek leaves can be tried.
