Mix Veg & Paneer Paratha
We all know how to make stuffed parathas,I tried something new by mixing few vegetables & paneer together instead of making only aloo or gobhi paratha..It is very healthy & easy breakfast.Before weekend i am sharing this recipe with you all,try this & make something new as breakfast this weekend..Now to the recipe..
Ingredients :-
Grated cauliflower - 1 cup
Grated carrot - 1/2 cup
Grated green peas - 1/2 cup
Grated paneer - 1/2 cup
Chopped onion - 1
Few coriander leaves finely chopped
Green chili finely chopped - 1
Salt as per your need
A pinch of garam masala powder
Smooth wheat dough
Method :-
* Squeeze out cauliflower to remove excess water,then take it in a bowl
* Add carrot,green peas,paneer,onion,coriander,green chili,salt & garam masala powder to it
* Mix it well
* Now take a small portion of wheat dough & make a ball,now roll this ball in a shape of roti put 2-3 tbsp stuffing/filling & seal it by bringing all the edges together & make a ball
* Roll it gently on a floured surface
* Heat a tawa,place the stuffed paratha gently on it & roast paratha from both sides by greasing it with oil or ghee
* Serve hot with curd,butter or pickle.

NIce 1 Bhabhi seems very delicious,,,,,,, if possible plz mention the calories also so that we cn restrict to the limited no. of slices.
