Sabudana Vada


Sabudana vada is one of those recipes which is made during fast or upvaas.It is very crispy & delicious & can be made as a morning or evening snack.
For this we need :-
* 3/4 cup sabudana
* 5 medium size potatoes (boiled & mashed)
* Few chopped coriander leaves
* 1 finely chopped green chilli
* Salt according to your taste
* Oil for deep frying
How to make :-
* Wash sabudana thoroughly & drain out the excess water,soak sabudana for 4-5 hours then drain out the water properly.
* Take sabudana,potatoes,salt,coriander & green chilli together & mix the entire mixture well,the dough will be little sticky.
* Take 2 drops oil & rub it between your palms,now take some mixture in your hand & shape them into round vadas
* Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the vadas till golden brown.
* Sabudana vada is ready to serve,to enhance its taste serve it with mint or tamarind chutney.

Tips:-
The frying oil needs to be sufficiently hot,otherwise the vadas will turn out greasy & may break into pieces while cooking.
