Home Tips For Skin Care In Winters


Keeping your skin smooth & soft during winter is really a very difficult task,hence winters are not very good for those people who have dry skin.So here are some easy suggestions which gives you soft silky skin during winters also...

* Vitamin C is an important element for skin,start your day with a glass of water mixed with 3 tbsp lemon juice.Eat more & more fruits it helps your skin to fight against winter.
* Mix equal amount of honey & milk & apply this on your face for 15-20 min then rinse with warm water & get smooth skin.
* Apply some coconut oil on your body & take a bath after sometime this will cure winter dryness.
* At night before going to bed apply moisturizer or cream generously on face,neck,back,arm,elbow & feet also.
* Use sunscreen lotion in winters also,ultra violet rays causes dryness during the winter season as well as summer season.
* You need to apply moisturizer or cream just after having a bath,when the skin is still moist.Use a moisturizer with shea butter or cocoa for extra protection.
* Cracked heel :- At night soak your feet in warm water for 15 min,scrub with pumice stone.Apply cream properly & wear socks.Do this for a week & get soft crack free heels.
* Apply curd on your body just as it is or mix it with honey or some lime juice,it is sure a wonder for your skin.
* Just after having a bath take a piece of aloe vera squeeze all the gel out apply it on your face hands & legs.It will not only moisturize your skin but gives your skin a protective layer also.It makes your skin feeling tight so you can also apply a few drops of body lotion after applying aloe vera.
* Take 2 tbsp curd,1 tsp gram flour (besan),few drops of mustard (sarson) oil,a pinch of turmeric,mix it well & apply it all over your body,leave it for 5 min them rub it properly n take a bath.Do this 3 times a week & surely you will get baby soft skin.
