Chili Paneer (Gravy)




Chilli paneer is an Indian form of Chinese recipe.We can make chilli paneer dry or with gravy also,I am going to tell you the recipe of chilli paneer gravy.So lets start with its ingredients:

200 gms paneer (nicely cut into cubes)
3 tbsp whipped cream
5-6 dry red chilies
1 1/2 cup tomato puree
1 big green capsicum (sliced)
1 big onion (sliced)
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp methi powder
salt as per your taste
oil

How to make:-
1. Soak dry red chilies in half cup of water for 2 hours,then make its paste.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan add sliced onion,saute it for 3-4 min & take it out.
3. Now add capsicum in a pan & saute it also for 4-5 min & take it out.
4. Now heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan & add red chilli paste & ginger garlic paste in it.
5. Add tomato puree in it & stir it well until it starts leaving the pan.
6. Add salt,garam masala powder & methi powder & mix well.
7. Now add soya & chilli sauce & stir it well for 1-2 min.
8. Now add whipped cream,fried onion & capsicum & 3/4 cup of water & cook it for 3-4 min.
9. Add paneer cubes & cook it for another 3-4 min.
10. Add vinegar & off the gas.

Chilli Paneer is ready to serve,before serving garnish it with grated paneer.
