Chaat Paratha



Ingredients :-
* Soft wheat dough
* 4 medium size boiled potatoes
* 1/2 cup besan
* 1 chopped onion
* 1 chopped tomato
* Few chopped coriander leaves
* Tamarind chutney
* Mint chutney
* Whipped curd
* Aloo bhujiya or sev for garnishing
* Salt & red chili powder as per your taste
* 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

Method :-
1. Mash potatoes & add salt,red chili powder & cumin powder into it & mix all together.
2. Take besan add little water & make a batter same as we make for pakoras
3. Take a small portion of wheat dough & make a ball,now roll this ball in the shape of roti.
4. Heat a tawa & roast roti from 1 side & take it out.
5. Now on the roasted side of roti apply some mint & tamarind chutney.
6. After this spread potato mixture on it.
7. Now pour required besan batter on roti by covering potatoes.
8. Sprinkle few drops of cooking oil on the tawa & roast the roti well from both the sides.
9. Now put the roti on a serving plate,spread both chutneys on stuffing side.
10. After this garnish it with onion,tomato,coriander,curd & sev.
11. If you need you can sprinkle some more salt & red chili powder after garnishing with above things.
