Ingredients:-
Sabudana 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Water 4 cups
Method:-
1.Soak sabudana for 3-4 hours.
2.Heat a thick base pan,put water into it.
3.Add sabudana and salt.
4.Stir continuously till it becomes thick sticky consistency.
5.Switch off the gas,now add cumin seeds.
6.Take a plastic sheet and with the help of spoon make papads.
7.Allow them to dry for 2-3 hours then flip their sides.
8.Let them dry completely and you can store them for a year.

1.You can also add red chilli powder.
