Mix Veg Cutlets




Ingredients:-
Boiled & mashed potatoes 5-6
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup crushed green peas
1 green chili chopped
1 medium beetroot grated
1/4 cup sweet corn
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
few coriander leaves chopped
salt as per your taste
2 tbsp maida
oil for shallow frying
bread crumbs for rolling
1 tsp oil

Method:-
1.Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,onion,carrot,green peas,green chili,sweet corn & beetroot.
2.Saute them for 1 or 2 minutes.
3.Add salt & maida & mix well,cook for 1 more minute.
4.Take this mixture in a bowl,add potatoes & coriander leaves.
5.Mix well,take small portions & make cutlets of your favorite shape.
6.Roll each kabab in bread crumbs.
7.Heat a non stick tawa & place each kabab.
8.Shallow fry them till they turn golden brown from both sides.
9.Serve hot with mint chutney
