Dahi K Kabab


Ingredients:-
1 1/2 cup hung curd
1/2 cup grated paneer
2 tbsp cornflour
green chili 1 chopped
few coriander leaves chopped
salt as per your taste
pinch of garam masala powder
pinch of chat masala powder
bread crumbs for coating
oil for frying

Method:-
1.Take hung curd in a bowl
2.Add paneer,cornflour,salt,green chili,coriander leaves,garam masala & chat masala into it
3.Mix them well
4.Divide the mixture into equal portion & make kababs of favourite shapes
5.Roll each kabab in bread crumbs so that they are evenly coated from both the sides
6.Heat oil in a pan  & fry kababs till they turn golden brown,fry them in small batches
7.Remove & place on an absorbent paper & serve hot with mint chutney.


Tip:-
1.Do not turn the kababs too frequently while frying else they will break.
2.You can also use bread crumbs for binding kababs.
